Our leadwire is stitched to the top of the spider with very high quality thread. This, by our years of design and testing, is the very best way to make the connection from the coil to the terminal (or direct wires). Leadwire failure is one of the most common causes of premature subwoofer deaths. Our leadwire has been proven to offer a more reliable, long lasting connection that free-floating or sandwiched leadwire setups.
