Terms and Conditions:

  • We are currently understaffed and are facing huge demand for our products. If you choose to order a subwoofer or other products from this website please understand that we will not be able to update you on the progress of the order. You will receive the tracking info when it is shipped but that is going to be the only update that you get whatsoever. If you cannot trust us to wait then please do not order at this time. If you cannot wait for us to process and build the order then please do not order from us at this time. We hate that it is this way currently but we are better off to be building and shipping products then we are sitting around emailing people about status updates. We are sorry but it has to be this way for the moment. You will need to pay for the order and then patiently wait for us to build and ship it. You won’t get an update. IF YOU CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS THEN PLEASE DO NOT ORDER.
  • All subwoofers and passive radiators are built to order. After receiving your payment, your order will be marked as completed (paid) and then we will begin the build process for the products that are ordered.
  • ALL items that are built here in our shop will have a longer wait time than usual. Rush orders may even take a few days extra (although still a LOT faster than without).
  • The build time for your order can vary depending on our workload. Our current ESTIMATED build time is between 14-21 business days, but could be longer!!
  • Canceling an order after the payment is received will incur a 10% processing fee.
  • If a product has been built but has not yet been shipped, the restocking fee is 20%.
  • If the product has already been shipped, the customer must return the product at their expense, the fee is 20% and the original shipping costs ARE NOT refunded.
  • If you have any questions about the product, or the product needed for your application, we urge you to contact us first, before placing the order to avoid any processing or restocking fees.
  • Tracking information for products ordered through this website is provided via email after the order has shipped.
  • If you’ve read this far then you’re smart.
  • Really, I’m so sorry for the BS but we’re trying very hard. It is very demanding and our bodies and lives are suffering from it. THANK YOU for the support. We will send you the best damn products that we possibly can as long as you’re willing to wait for them.

Warranty:

  • Products manufactured by PSI are covered by a 1 year warranty.
  • Our warranty covers all workmanship and materials on any defective items.
  • Defective items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of PSI Car Audio.
  • Return freight costs shall be paid by the customer.
  • The warranty is NOT transferable.
  • The warranty does not cover burnt voice coils, burnt or ripped leadwire, ripped surrounds, customer abuse, improper installations, accidental damage, or any custom modifications.’
  • The warranty does not cover amplifiers run under 1 ohm, damaged from low voltage, or overheating.
  • Any warranty repairs must the authorized via the Warranty Request Form.
